Dale has been in a franchising for over 25 years in various capacities such as franchise owner, doing franchise development in-house for various brands and assisting franchise brands on their startup strategies. Dale is a true franchise guru and has a passion for entrepreneurship. Dale resides in Middle Georgia with his wife. They love to travel and they usually go on multiple trips per year.

After serving honorably in the US Army, Dustin transitioned to civilian life with a clear vision and entrepreneurial spirit. In 2018, he acquired and successfully managed a clothing retail store in Senoia Georgia. Dustin transformed the store into a profitable enterprise, showcasing his ability to adapt and thrive in the competitive retail landscape. Dustin then started a clothing brand Riverbend Clothing, guiding the brand’s expansion nationally.

After a successful sale of his clothing store and brand, Dustin’s entrepreneurial spirit extends to his role as a franchise coach. Drawing upon his diverse expertise and experience across multiple brands, he provides invaluable guidance and support to aspiring entrepreneurs, empowering them to navigate the complexities of franchising with confidence and success.

Dustin resides in Senoia Georgia with his soon-to-be wife Talyah, and two children, Aubrey and Parker. They enjoy sports, and outdoor activities such as riding ATV’s.

Darlene started her franchising career working for a franchise brand as an Operations Manager in Georgia. Thereafter, she was promoted and became a Franchise Business Coach where she remained in that role for multiple years. After she was around other successful franchise owners, she decided that she wanted to purchase her own franchise as a franchisee. She owned the franchise for multiple years and successfully exited. After a short time in retirement, she decided that wasn’t for her! Darlene resides in Middle Georgia with her husband on several acres.

Rhonda grew up a middle class upbringing and early in her career owned multiple businesses with her husband. After selling various businesses, Rhonda moved on to become a school administrator where she spent nearly 20 years in various positions including her last position as a school principal. Rhonda wanted to get back to her roots of business ownership and be able to control her own destiny so she bought a franchise location and has since operated her business. She then expanded her business with the purchase of an additional two locations in surrounding areas. Rhonda now has a passion to guide others to find the perfect fit franchise opportunity. Rhonda resides in Panama City Florida with her husband Jeff and their 3 dogs.
